Hazardous Communication Training (HAZCOM)
Consolidated Risk Management, Inc. provides hazard communication training in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.1200. CRM Inc. works with you to develop training specific to the chemicals and materials that your employees are exposed to. You and your employees will feel secure knowing they have been properly training in hazard communication.

Are you aware that OSHA requires that employers provide training in Hazard Communication to all employees who may be exposed?
The standard was also recently updated to include to Globally Harmonized System for Chemical labeling and Classifications. IF you do not currently provide this training for your employees, call us.
- General awareness of the Hazard Communication Standard;
- Methods and observation techniques to identify presence or release of hazardous chemicals;
- Labeling requirements - As of June 1, 2015, all labels will be required to have pictograms, a signal word, hazard and precautionary statements, the product identifier, and supplier identification;
- Safety Data Sheets (SDS) - and its 16-section format;
- Physical hazards;
- Health hazards; and
- Protective measures.
